І. General provisions
These Rules of Contest (‘Rules’) govern the process, terms and conditions of the contest to be the person who make activities, determined in point 1 of section III hereof, according to these Rules (‘Contest’) that is held by the Fifteen Soft LLC, a limited liability company registered under the laws of Ukraine at 01024, Ukraine, Kyiv City, Velyka Vasylkivska Street, building 6, apartment 17, USREOU code 45715067 (‘Organizer’).
Only legally capable individuals who are citizens or residents of Ukraine, aged 18 and older at the time of participation in the Contest, are eligible to participate in the Contest, provided they meet all conditions of participation outlined in these Rules ("Participant").
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
Persons under the age of 18 at the time the Contest is held;
Persons who do not comply with these Rules;
Non-residents of Ukraine;
Employees of the Organizer.
The participation in the Contest does not guarantee receipt of any Gifts. These Rules do not constitute a public unconditional promise of reward. The Participant may be entitled to receive a Gift only in accordance with these Rules.
The Contest is held from [DD.MM.YYYY] to [DD.MM.YYYY] ("Contest Period"), unless 50 (fifty) Winners (“Maximum number of Winners”) are determined earlier in accordance hereto. When the Maximum number of Winners is reached, the Contest shall be assumed as finished (terminated). A new Contest with revised dates will subsequently commence, ensuring uninterrupted Contest availability.
The Organizer organizes the Contest exclusively via the Fifteen App (“Fifteen App”) which is available through the following link ____________. In order to participate in Contest Participants need to download the Fifteen App and comply with the Terms of Service of Fifteen App.
The Contest is valid throughout the territory of Ukraine, except in temporarily occupied territories in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine, certain localities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and other territories not under the control of the Ukrainian government, solely due to safety concerns and the factual inability to provide services in those areas.
The Contest is not a lottery, gaming, bookmaker, gambling, or any other similar activity, and may not be interpreted as or used in any form of gambling, gaming, or any other similar services. The subject of the Contest is to be the person who performs activities, as determined in point 1 of section III hereof. Participation is free of charge.
ІІ. Terms and process of participation in the Contest
To become the Participant in the Contest, an individual must, during the Contest Period, complete all of the following actions:
Download the Fifteen App.
Register a personal account in the Fifteen App.
Submit predictions for the outcomes of sports matches using the functionality provided within the Fifteen App.
Only match outcome predictions submitted through the Fifteen App are counted toward participation. Each eligible (correct) prediction (“Eligible prediction”) in the Fifteen App is used to determine the Winners entitled to receive Gifts as specified in Article 1 of Section 3 of these Rules. Only Eligible predictions by the same Participant in a row (without any wrong (incorrect) predictions) with pauses between them which are less than 72 hours shall constitute the streak (“Streak”).
Organizer selects at their own discretion all of the sports events for which predictions may be submitted.
By participating in the Contest, each Participant confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Rules. Participation also constitutes acknowledgment that:
- the Participant has no and shall not have any claims toward the Organizer regarding the conduct or outcome of the Contest;
- the Participant does not need to bear any expenses in order to participate in the Contest and, consequently, will not have any claims to the Organizer regarding this matter in case of Contest early termination.
ІІІ. Gift Fund of the Contest
The Gifts awarded under this Contest are (“Gift Fund”):
to each Participant who makes the Streak of 10 Eligible predictions in a row (without any wrong prediction) with pauses between them which are less than 72 hours and claims Gift instead of trying to proceed and make Streak of 15 Eligible predictions - [name of a Gift];
to each Participant who makes the Streak of 15 Eligible predictions in a row (without any wrong prediction) with pauses between them which are less than 72 hours - [name of a Gift].
Each Participant shall have the right to receive only one Gift per Streak. In case a Participant makes the Streak of 10 Eligible predictions, does not claim Gift and proceeds making predictions - such Participant forfeits the right to claim and receive Gift for Streak of 10 Eligible predictions (such Participant retains the right to claim and receive Gift for Streak of 15 Eligible predictions in case of making 15 Eligible predictions).
When the one wrong prediction is made among first 9 predictions in Streak, for the purposes of determining the Winner pursuant to these Rules, it may not be taken into account once per Streak, if such functionality is provided within the Fifteen App.
The Organizer’s liability is strictly limited to the declared quantity and value of the Gift and its proper delivery to the confirmed Winner.
IV. Process of determining the Winners and terms of the Gift acceptance
Each Participant who makes 10 or 15 Eligible predictions in a row (without any wrong prediction) with pauses between them which are less than 72 hours shall be deemed the winner (“Winner”) in the Contest for the purposes of these Rules.
The Organizer notifies the Participant of achieving the Winner status via the Fifteen App.
To claim the Gift, Winners must claim it using the respective functionality of Fifteen App and provide the Organizer with the following documentation (in the way and form, determined by the Organizer) within 7 calendar days of notification:
A copy of a valid passport or other identification document with information on name, surname, patronymic, document data (number, series, date, and authority of issue), and address of residence;
A copy of the taxpayer identification number (or a substitute document if the person rejected obtaining such document in accordance with legislation);
Any other information and documents necessary for the purposes hereof which is requested by the Organizer.
Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Gift (at the sole discretion of the Organizer).
3. Participants who violate these Rules or fail to meet any requirement, including the participation mechanics or deadlines, shall be deemed disqualified from the Contest and lose any right to claim Gifts.
4. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information, including incorrect contact details, will result in disqualification. Any attempt to fraudulently obtain a Gift may lead to exclusion from the Contest at the sole discretion of the Organizer. If such actions constitute a criminal offense, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
5. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any use or consequences arising from the use of the Gift after it is transferred to the Winner.
6. The Organizer shall be responsible for the taxation of the Gift and respective reporting to tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws of Ukraine.
7. At the moment of accepting the Gift Winner shall sign confirmation documents on accepting the Gift, determined by the Organizer. By accepting the Gift, the Winner acknowledges that:
The Gift constitutes personal income and may be treated as a taxable benefit in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Receiving the Gift may affect the Winner’s eligibility for governmental or social financial assistance, housing subsidies, or other public benefits or compensations.
The Winner assumes full responsibility for deciding whether to accept the Gift and fully understands the consequences associated with receiving it. The Organizer shall not be liable for any outcomes related to the Winner’s receipt of such additional benefit (income).
8. The Organizer will transfer the gift to the Winner in terms specified by the Organizer to the Winner individually. The Organizer shall not carry out any registration actions related to the Gift, including those at the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and state registrars (including notaries and administrative service centers). All actions related to the legal registration of the Gift (if applicable), including obtaining license plates, registration certificates, and payment of all required duties or fees (if applicable), must be completed by the Winner solely and independently in accordance with Ukrainian law.
V. Other provisions
Participation in the Contest automatically constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
If the Winner declines the Gift, any related claims will not be accepted or considered by the Organizer.
The Gift may not be exchanged for its monetary equivalent or for any other benefits. No exchange or return of the Gift is permitted.
The data collected according to these Rules via the Fifteen App is processed in accordance with the Fifteen App Privacy Notice, accessible at this link.
The Participant, when agreeing to these Rules, agrees to provide free and unconditional consent for the use of their name, surname, image/photograph, interviews, or other related materials for advertising and marketing purposes, including but not limited to publication (including their name and image) in media, printed materials, audio/video content, interviews, and other communications (including advertisements), with no limitations regarding territory, time, or manner of use and without any compensation.
The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant’s failure to comply with these Rules due to their own fault, or for any other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.
During or after the Contest, the Organizer is not obliged to engage in correspondence or provide explanations, whether oral or written, regarding the conduct of the Contest or any related matters.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest and these Rules at any time. Participants will be notified of such termination at least one calendar day in advance via publication in Fifteen App and on the Organizer’s official website ___________________ .
In the event of ambiguity in interpreting these Rules or disputes not expressly regulated herein, the Organizer’s decision shall be final.
The Organizer shall not be liable for the inability to implement the Contest as set out in these Rules due to restrictive measures introduced by government or local authorities, including those related to military actions, war, epidemics, pandemics, or other public emergencies. Additionally, the Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, floods, military conflicts, blockades, or significant changes in applicable legislation affecting the territory where the Contest is held.
