3. If your prediction is correct, your streak increments! Keep making correct consecutive predictions to build your streak and unlock gifts.

To win a gift, you need to build a streak of consecutive correct predictions - Fifteen offers two streak milestones: 10 and 15. Once you reach a streak of 10 correct predictions, you’ll have a choice:

• Claim your gift immediately and secure your gift.

• Go big for streak 15 - continue predicting to win the ultimate gift.

If you reach a streak milestone that qualifies for a gift:

1. You’ll receive a notification in the app.

2. You’ll need to submit documents within the app for verification.

3. Once verified, we will process the delivery.

Note: If you fail to complete verification, you may lose eligibility for the gift.

Yes - you can continue playing Fifteen while traveling internationally.

However, Fifteen is officially supported in specific countries, and you can only receive gifts if you are a citizen or legal resident of an operating country.

The streak system is what makes Fifteen exciting:

1. Every time you predict correctly, your streak increases.

2. You must place your next prediction within 72 hours, or your streak resets.

3. If you reach a winning milestone, you qualify for a gift.

4. Your progress and statistics are tracked in the app, so you can see how close you are to your next achievement.

If your prediction is wrong, your streak will reset to zero, but 1 streak restore is allowed per streak cycle by purchasing coins in the store.

This is not mandatory - playing the game is completely free, and using the restore is entirely up to you.

To ensure fairness for all users, the restore option is limited to one time per streak cycle and is only available between Streaks 1 and 9.

If you make another wrong prediction after restoring, your streak will reset to zero.

If you don’t place your next prediction within 72 hours after your last match has ended, your streak will reset to zero.

To maintain your streak, make sure to check the app regularly and place your next prediction on time. You’ll also receive reminders to help you stay on track!

No, once you submit a prediction, it cannot be changed.

• Your prediction will be voided, meaning it won’t count as a win or a loss.

5. Your account will be permanently deleted.

Please note: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
